Your inquiry.
Your information.

Updated October 18, 2026.

When you submit a project inquiry, Merci Group LLC collects your name, reply email, business or website, request type, optional investment range and the project details you provide. If you arrive from one of our concepts, the related project or selected options may also be included in your brief. Please leave out passwords, payment information and sensitive personal information.

How we use your information

We save your inquiry to review the project, respond to your request and keep track of the conversation. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Storage and access

Inquiries are stored in our website’s hosted database through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. Access to the project inbox is restricted to authorized Merci accounts. The form uses a hashed connection identifier to limit repeated submissions; the application does not save your raw IP address in the inquiry record. Hosting providers may keep their own operational logs.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry. Records remain available until removed as part of our business record management; automatic deletion is not currently enabled.

Browser preferences and saved selections

The site may save your chosen color scheme, motion preference and product shortlist in your browser. Inquiry fields are not saved to browser storage. If a submission fails, the current page keeps your entries so you can retry or choose the email fallback.

Some portfolio demos open on another website. That website may handle browser data differently; its practices are outside this inquiry notice.
